Biome

Biome is a relaxing, sandbox, ecosystem simulation game. 

Water your plants to populate the world, gather pollen, manage the population of bugs, unlock new ones (each with its own traits) and watch a (relatively) peaceful food chain emerge.

Place eggs into the world and watch them transition through their full lifecycle: crawling, cocooning, and eventually taking flight as butterflies.

Decorate your space with obstacles like fountains, sun stones, and special items that passively influence the plants and bugs around them.

Unlock over 30 unique species across 5 rarity tiers.

Every bug has its own diet, behaviors, and special traits: from water-dropping balloons to rare god-like auras that buff your entire world.

Work your way up the evolutionary chain to discover the legendary, eternal Monarch butterfly!

Designed to be completely stress-free, the world progresses as fast as you make it progress. It has soft but homey visuals and simple, intuitive controls (supports both mouse-keyboard AND touch inputs for those touch screen PC users!).

Come back anytime to find that a rare species you forgot about has laid an egg of something even rarer, or optimize the placement of pretty much everything to speedrun the game to completion, until the Monarch appears!

The game is currently available as an open beta, with a large set of updates planned in the near future such as:
